From the 22nd April 2014 it will be compulsory for anyone contemplating making an application to the court in family proceedings to attend a MIAMS ( mediation information and assessment meeting ) . Passmores offer a mediation service in relation to all family issues and have been awarded the legal aid agency quality mark for family mediation services which means we are able to provide legal aid for mediation subject to a means assessment
