Deposits paid after 2011 must be protected in a Tenancy Protection Scheme; if you have concerns that your deposit is not protected contact us so that we may investigate the same. If your landlord has breached his obligations in respect of your deposit, you may be entitled to the return of your deposit plus up to three times the amount by way of compensation.
