We are proud to be one of Cancer Research UK’s trusted legal partners, offering our services as part of their Will-Writing Service. Through this scheme, we provide clients with the opportunity to have a professionally drafted Will, or to make amendments to an existing Will, at no cost to them—Cancer Research UK covers our fees on their behalf.

This service is available to all supporters of Cancer Research UK. While there is no obligation to include a gift to the charity within your Will, such generosity is strongly encouraged, as legacy donations play a vital role in funding their life-saving research.

Ordinarily, our fees begin at £120 + VAT for a single Will, and from £170 + VAT for mirror Wills. Amendments are charged at £60 + VAT for single Wills and £90 + VAT for amendments to mirror Wills. However, under the Cancer Research UK scheme, these costs are fully covered.

We are immensely proud of the impact our clients have made through their participation in this initiative. Up until 16 November 2018, clients who took advantage of the Will-Writing Service pledged a remarkable total of £1,095,350.00 to Cancer Research UK in their Wills. These generous legacies have not only contributed to an exceptionally important cause but have also provided our clients with peace of mind, knowing that their final wishes will be respected and their estates properly administered.

In addition to our work with Cancer Research UK, we are also pleased to accept instructions from clients who wish to support other charitable organisations. We can prepare Wills on behalf of clients wishing to leave a gift to any charity that is part of the National Free Wills Network. Clients are advised to contact their chosen charity directly to confirm participation in the scheme.
