We wish to make our clients aware that from 1^st April 2013, the Government will be implementing changes which will mean that legal aid will no longer be available in the majority of family law disputes involving divorce, residence and contact.

If you have a family dispute that you wish to discuss, we would urge you to contact us immediately as legal aid can take some time to put into place. If you leave matters until the last minute, then you may be too late to secure legal aid.
